La Posa LTVA, Quartzsite, Az

This is desert. The La Posa West Long term Visitor Area is just South of the "town" of Quartzsite, where many RV snowbirds migrate for the winter. There are lots of things to see at the RV, Gem and Rock, and craft shows. There is a very large flea market(s). There are also many RV dealers around. The LTVA campgrounds are dry camping. You can stay for free at some areas further outside town but in the LTVA you need either a two week pass for $30 or an anual pass for $140. Water and a dump station are available. We camp close to the wash and near town South of the Big Top tent. We like Quartzsite.
